Dorset Nursing, an office of Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice (RAVNAH), provides exceptional home health, hospice, and community health services to residents of Dorset, Rupert and Pawlet, Vermont. The partnership between Dorset Nursing and RAVNAH has further strengthened the services and programs available to people in the region.
Home care and Hospice services continue to be coordinated from the Brooks House on Route 30, which is also the site of the various community health clinics held throughout the month. Cholesterol and diabetes screens, blood pressure checks, and foot care clinics all take place at the Dorset office.

Patient visits are scheduled 7 days a week. The office is open to visitors 9 AM to 1 PM (Mon-Fri)

Friends of Dorset Nursing is a group of local volunteers who serve as advocates for home health care and hospice services in Dorset, Pawlet and Rupert, Vermont through community outreach, relationship building, and fundraising initiatives.
